    Welcome to LumezAI. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our AI-powered services, website, and mobile application (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

    1. Acceptance of Terms

    By accessing or using LumezAI, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

    2. Description of Service

    LumezAI provides AI-powered image and video generation technology. Our Service enables you to generate visuals using AI models, enhancing your creative workflow.

    3. Account Registration

    To use certain features of the Service, you must provide accurate and complete information and maintain the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

    4. Permitted Use

    You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

    • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
    • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
    • Transmit harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
    • Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service
    • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

    5. Objectionable Content and Reporting

    We have zero tolerance for objectionable, abusive, or otherwise inappropriate content, including content that is sexually explicit, violent, hateful, harassing, or promotes illegal activity.

    You must not use the Service to generate or distribute such content.

    You can report objectionable content directly within the app by opening a creation and tapping the "Report" option. Reports are reviewed by our moderation team. We may remove content and suspend or permanently ban users who violate these Terms. We aim to review reports within 24 hours.

    6. Subscriptions and Payment

    Some features require a paid subscription billed through your app store account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your App Store or Google Play account settings. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

    7. Intellectual Property

    The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by LumezAI and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Images generated through our Service may be used by you in accordance with these Terms.

    8. Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, LumezAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or revenue.

    9. Disclaimer of Warranties

    The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

    10. Termination

    We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or other lawful reasons. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.

    11. Changes to Terms

    We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the Terms and revising the "Last Updated" date.

    12. Governing Law

    These Terms are governed by applicable laws without regard to conflict of law principles.
