1. Acceptance of Terms

By using LumezAI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, along with our Privacy Policy. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and LumezAI, a company registered in India.

2. Service Description

LumezAI enables merchants to:

• Upload clothing product images
• Generate AI-based virtual try-on visuals
• Display these visuals on their Shopify storefront to improve customer experience

The AI-generated images are for illustrative purposes only and do not guarantee real-world fit or appearance.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree:

• That you have the rights to upload and use the images and data you provide
• Not to upload any content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, obscene, or violates intellectual property rights
• To ensure your usage complies with applicable Indian laws, including the Information Technology Act, 2000

4. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

LumezAI uses artificial intelligence to generate visual outputs. These outputs:

• May not represent the actual look of a product on real people
• Are not to be used for making medical, legal, or sensitive business decisions

We do not accept liability for customer complaints, returns, or losses resulting from reliance on AI visuals.

5. Data Usage and Privacy

We collect and process data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Data is stored securely and not shared with third parties without consent, except as required by Indian law or regulatory authorities.

6. Intellectual Property

• All intellectual property in the app (excluding your content) remains the property of LumezAI
• You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app only for your own business on Shopify
• You must not reverse engineer, redistribute, or copy any part of the app or its outputs without permission.

7. Termination and Suspension

We reserve the right to:

• Terminate or suspend your access if you violate these Terms
• Modify or discontinue the app without prior notice

You can uninstall the app at any time from your Shopify admin dashboard.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under Indian law, LumezAI shall not be liable for:

• Loss of business, profits, or data
• Damages arising from the use or inability to use LumezAI
• Errors or inaccuracies in AI-generated content

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ahmedabad, India.
